Farmers Insurance – Team North Star is growing in the Twin Cities and looking for motivated individuals who bring an entrepreneurial mindset and desire to build something of their own within a structured, supportive environment.
In this role, you’ll focus on growing your client base, increasing your income through performance, and developing the skills needed to advance your career – backed by direct support from district leadership.
What You’ll Do
- Build and grow your book of business from day one
- Connect with prospects through leads, referrals, and outbound outreach
- Recommend coverage across auto, home, business, and life insurance
- Develop long-term client relationships
- Manage and maintain an active sales pipeline

What We’re Looking For
- 1-3+ years of outside sales or customer-facing experience preferred
- Competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by income growth
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Coachable with a desire to learn and improve
- Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses

Pay: $4,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
