Positions: 2 (One for internal support, one for specific projects – EV domain experience preferred for one)
Key Expectations & Characteristics:
- Presence: Strong communication skills and onsite presence at least 2–3 days a week depending on profile.
- Quick and Sharp: Experience working in a fast-paced environment, able to juggle priorities effectively.
- SDLC Exposure: Familiarity with SDLC, JIRA, Confluence (no development/coding experience required).
- Domain Knowledge: Automotive experience is a plus (any auto experience, not necessarily telematics).
- Client Facing: Polished and able to work closely with clients in person, with executive presence.
- Strategic Capability: Ability to balance strong strategic thinking while representing the team confidently in front of senior stakeholders.
- Communication: Strong communication is a key trait even at an intermediate level.
