Responsibilities:
- Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy and counseling to clients in a compassionate, professional manner
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with regulatory standards
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- REQUIRED Licensure as a Master Level Clinician (LMHC, LICSW, or equivalent)
- Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
- Experience in addiction, mental health, or recovery services preferred
