Overview:
Are you a detail-driven Machinist with strong experience in manual machining (not CNC)? Join a growing industrial equipment company that values teamwork, quality, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Operate lathes, bridge ports, boring mills and other machining tools
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED and/or Machining Certification from technical or trade school/college
- Five (5) year machine shop experience in setting up and operating manual machinery in a metal cutting environment
- Ability to perform precision measuring
- Ability to operate mobile equipment and use lifting devices
- Ability to understand mechanical drawings
- Ability to solve practical problems and handle a variety of changing circumstances
- Strong drive to meet deadlines and produce work of high tolerances, and standards
