Reconstruction Project ManagerPronto Restoration | Frisco, TX Help Us Build Something Great
Pronto Restoration is a fast-growing, family-owned restoration company specializing in water damage mitigation and reconstruction throughout the DFW Metroplex. We are looking for an organized, driven, and customer-focused Reconstruction Project Manager to lead our rebuild projects while assisting with mitigation coordination.
This position is primarily focused on reconstruction project management (approximately 60%) with secondary responsibilities assisting our mitigation operations (approximately 40%).

Primary Responsibilities – Reconstruction Project Management
- Manage residential and commercial reconstruction projects from start to finish.
- Prepare accurate reconstruction estimates using Xactimate.
- Coordinate directly with insurance adjusters regarding project scope, supplements, approvals, and claim-related questions.
- Review insurance estimates and identify missing or underpaid items.
- Submit supplemental estimates and supporting documentation when necessary.
- Schedule and coordinate homeowners, subcontractors, suppliers, and inspections.
- Order and track materials to keep projects on schedule.
- Manage project schedules and ensure deadlines are met.
- Perform jobsite quality control inspections throughout each project.
- Communicate regularly with homeowners to provide updates and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Coordinate permits and inspections when required.
- Manage subcontractor performance and workmanship.
- Resolve jobsite issues quickly and professionally.
- Complete final walkthroughs with customers.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to Pronto Restoration's quality standards.
Secondary Responsibilities – Mitigation Coordination
- Assist with scheduling emergency water mitigation jobs.
- Coordinate technician schedules and drying equipment logistics.
- Review drying documentation, moisture maps, and job progress.
- Assist with mitigation estimating in Xactimate when needed.
- Coordinate communication between mitigation technicians, customers, and insurance adjusters.
- Monitor active drying projects and coordinate equipment removal.
- Assist with job documentation and file management.
Qualifications Required
- Experience in construction, restoration, remodeling, or project management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Office, and scheduling software.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Preferred
- Experience with Xactimate estimating.
- Experience working with insurance adjusters and restoration claims.
- Residential remodeling or insurance restoration experience.
- Knowledge of water damage mitigation and reconstruction.
- IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, FSRT, etc.) are a plus.
