Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Associate Attorney to join our workers’ compensation practice. This role involves managing a caseload from intake through litigation. We’re open to training the right candidate—even if you don’t have prior workers’ comp experience.
What You’ll Do
- Communicate with clients, adjusters, and opposing counsel
- Draft legal documents including hearing memoranda, appeals, motions, and discovery
- Appear regularly before hearing officers, appeals officers, and judges
- Manage your own caseload with administrative support

Qualifications
- Licensed to practice law in Nevada (Required)
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Interest in or experience with workers’ compensation law
- Ability to reliably commute to or relocate to Henderson, NV 89014
