Role Overview:
As a Practice Manager, you play a crucial role in the daily operations of our specialty dental clinic. Reporting directly to Field Operations, the PM is responsible for leading both the clinical and non-clinical staff, ensuring a seamless patient experience, and driving the overall growth and efficiency of the practice. This position demands a hands-on leader who is energetic, driven and capable of managing the clinic's performance while fostering a high-performing team culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring that all processes and procedures are followed, and driving continuous improvement.
Team Management: Lead and develop a team of clinical and non-clinical staff, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to maximize performance and engagement.
Patient Experience: Collaborate with providers to ensure a smooth clinical day, enhancing patient experience and maintaining high levels of patient satisfaction.
Growth Strategy: Implement and execute growth strategies, including marketing initiatives and referral outreach, to drive clinic performance and expand the patient base.
Financial Oversight: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), partner with the operations leadership to drive financial performance, and ensure compliance with accounting procedures.
Regulatory Compliance: Stay current with industry regulations and ensure the clinic adheres to all applicable laws and standards.
Culture and Collaboration: Foster a positive work environment that reflects Specialty1Partners' culture, ensuring high team morale and effective collaboration with all stakeholders.
Strategic Execution: Conduct regular meetings with staff and doctors to align goals, review performance, and implement policy changes as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
3-5 years of experience in a dental or healthcare setting.
Medical and Dental insurance knowledge required.
Strong knowledge of dental terminology and third-party payers.
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Proven ability to lead, influence others, and drive change in a dynamic environment.
Exceptional conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
