Diamond Materials is seeking dependable, experienced and hard-working Dozer/Loader/Excavator Operators, along with Foremen and Laborers for our dirt moving operations in Southampton, NJ.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Operate equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Properly follow all Company policies and procedures for safe working procedures and environment. Report any problems to the Foreman, Superintendent, or Safety Manager.
- If applying for Foremen, a minimum of 5+ years managing construction crews.
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
- Ability to maintain detailed maintenance and safety records.
- Knowledge of equipment safety, including maintenance and storage requirements.
- Ability to operate equipment related to dirt moving operations.
- Ability to communicate daily tasks and goals to crew members. (Foremen)
- Knowledge of heavy highway and sitework construction.
- Valid Driver’s License (Foremen)
- Previous experience in construction work or an equivalent preferred.
Compensation TBD based on experience.
