Monarca Lux Beauty Spa is looking for a talented, passionate, and creative Licensed Cosmetologist specializing in hair color services to join our growing team in McAllen, Texas.
We are seeking a stylist who is committed to delivering exceptional results while providing outstanding customer care in a luxury spa environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform professional hair color services, including highlights, balayage, color corrections, root touch-ups, toning, and full-color applications.
- Provide personalized consultations and recommend the best color and hair care options for each client.
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly, compassionate, and professional attitude.
- Stay current with the latest color techniques, trends, and products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation.
- Promote retail products and additional salon services when appropriate.
Qualifications
- Active Texas Cosmetology License (Required).
- Experience and confidence in professional hair coloring techniques.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
