Our team is looking for a talented Commercial HVAC Service Technician to support our operations across the tri-state region. You will be responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and fixing diverse commercial climate control systems, ensuring every client receives high-quality service through your technical precision and dedication.

Primary Responsibilities-
Perform essential maintenance, diagnostic testing, and repairs on commercial HVAC equipment including chillers, boilers, cooling towers, rooftop units, and VAV systems.

Utilize specialized hand tools and interpret technical schematics or blueprints to accurately identify and resolve equipment malfunctions.

Manage refrigerant recovery processes, vacuum systems, and charging tools to maintain system integrity.

Utilize advanced diagnostic techniques to isolate and resolve issues at the individual component level.

Verify that all installations and repairs align with established engineering specifications and project plans.

Ensure facility safety and operational efficiency by conducting regular maintenance on climate control equipment.

Uphold high standards of productivity and craftsmanship in every task performed.

Complete all necessary service documentation to ensure accurate job reporting.

Maintain flexibility to accommodate varying shift requirements based on operational demands.

Leverage your expertise in VAV/VVT systems to optimize climate control performance.
Required Qualifications-
Minimum of three years of professional experience in commercial HVAC service.

Completion of a High School diploma or equivalent.

Formal technical training is considered an asset.

Current EPA certification is mandatory.

Possession of a clean and valid driver’s license.

Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screenings.

Current OSHA certification is viewed favorably.

Ability to meet physical demands, including lifting over 50 lbs, climbing, and working in confined or elevated spaces.
