Established in 2018, Inspira PT is a holistic physical therapy and pilates company specializing in Pelvic Floor, Orthopedics, and rehabilitation.
We are seeking: A versatile Social Media Manager with experience creating highly engaging brand-aware content across a range of social platforms to join our team. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, possess strong written and verbal communication skills, be a collaborative team player with advanced knowledge of graphic design software, scheduling tools and analytics.

Position Type: Part-time, 1099 contractor
Compensation: $40.00 p/h, negotiable based on experience
Experience: 2-4 years in medical, fitness or similar environment
Remote/In-office Schedule: 15 hrs per week Flexibility to cover scheduling demands and annual special events required.

About the Position:
Inspira’s Social Media Manager will develop and execute social content plans, monitor engagement and analyze performance metrics to help increase brand visibility, connect with our target audiences and support business objectives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate initiative in ensuring that all creative content is polished, engaging, and ready for distribution. This position requires a unique blend of creativity, storytelling skills, creativity, and an understanding of mixed-media trends.
He/she will also be a confident collaborator who will work closely with the business owner and our in-house marketing team to help drive promotion efforts for our annual calendar of workshops and special events.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with owner and in-house marketing team to build out quarterly calendars for social media for Inspira Physical Therapy, Inspira Pilates and Inspira Integration.
- Manage weekly social media strategy, scheduling, and performance across platforms, which focuses on Inspira’s unique areas of specialization.
- Plan and execute social campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages and mentions to foster community engagement.
- Leverage social media trends to gain traction and amplify following.
- Ensure all assets are on brand and in line with company values and goals.
Skills:
- Strong copywriting, community management, and engagement skills
- Confident using social scheduling, analytics, and content planning tools
- Knowledge of and ability to work with design and content programs
- Strong understanding of organic growth and paid social basics
- Experience with brand tone of voice and campaign consistency
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with physicians or instructors preferred
- Friendly team collaborator
- Organized, poised and efficient
- Understanding of HIPAA compliance preferred
