Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
- Process sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling, credit card processing, and upselling additional items like cocktails or wine
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
- Assist with food preparation, food handling, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in compliance with food safety regulations
- Offer knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, including spirits, wines, and cocktails to enhance guest enjoyment
- Support guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly to ensure a positive dining experience
Requirements
- Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while multitasking efficiently
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and calculating bills or tips
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Experience with beverage service including spirits, wine knowledge, cocktail preparation, and upselling techniques

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
