Job Summary

This position reports directly to the restaurant GM & partners.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including service flow, staff scheduling, and ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste through efficient food management practices.
- Supervise and train staff on food preparation, customer service, POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, and food safety procedures.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain accountability through proper cash handling procedures.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all areas of the restaurant, including food handling and sanitation standards.
- Lead staff recruitment efforts by interviewing candidates and providing ongoing training & development to foster a skilled team.
- Coordinate with kitchen management to optimize food production processes, catering events, banquets, and bar services when applicable.
Skills
- Proven management experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant, casual dining, or fine dining environment.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing.
- Excellent leadership skills with experience supervising teams in hospitality or food service settings.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences.
