Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and a passion for providing an exceptional dining experience. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, knowledgeable about Korean BBQ and Hotpot food and serving beverages, and ensuring that guests have a memorable experience.
Duties
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using Toast.
- Provide detailed menu information and make recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including basic math for order totals.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including pre-bussing tables.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is required.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables at once.
- Excellent communication skills for effective guest relations and teamwork.
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations is essential.
- Experience in cashiering, cash handling, and basic math skills are required.
