Overview
We are seeking dedicated part-time CNAs with an active Minnesota certification to provide quality in-home care to clients located in Edina, MN and surrounding areas. This role focuses on delivering consistent, compassionate support to improve clients’ quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with daily personal care routines: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting

Support safe mobility, transfers and prevent falls
-
Prepare nutritious meals and ensure clean, safe home environment

Provide transportation to appointments and errands
-
Offer genuine companionship and engage clients during care
-
Adhere strictly to care plans and communicate client status changes
Schedule Details
-
12-hour shifts - Monday to Wednesday, Friday, and every other weekend
-
Must be available to work at least every other weekend

Must be available to take at least 2 of the 12-hour shifts per week

Dependability and clear communication vital for success
Qualifications

Valid CNA license in Minnesota

Dependable transportation, valid driver's license, and insurance required

English proficiency for documentation and client communication

Possess a smartphone for schedule coordination

Completion of paid training mandatory

Capability to fulfill essential job functions with accommodations if needed
Preferred Qualifications

At least two years of caregiving or related experience preferred
