FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Franklin, NC is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient clinic. Whether you're an experienced clinician or a new graduate, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside an experienced team while treating a diverse patient population in a supportive, collaborative environment.

- Average of 12 patients per day
- One-on-one treatment sessions with 40-minute appointments
- Diverse outpatient caseload including:
- Orthopedic
- Balance & Vestibular
- Neurological
- Geriatric
- Sports & Functional Rehabilitation
- Modern equipment and AI-assisted documentation technology (Prediction Health/Sidekick)
- Structured mentorship program for new graduates
- OCS Residency Program with no reduction in salary
- FYZICAL College with unlimited CEU opportunities
- Company-paid certifications in:
- Balance
- Orthopedics

- $1,500 annual CEU reimbursement

- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based outpatient physical therapy treatment
- Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, balance training, and functional rehabilitation
- Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery, and wellness
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using AI-assisted technology
- Active North Carolina Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain)
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Strong orthopedic evaluation and treatment skills
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities
- Passion for providing exceptional patient care
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
