American Traveler is seeking an experienced Cath Lab/EP RN for a hospital-based position in Ohio, requiring a minimum of 3 years of Cath Lab experience and Epic proficiency.

Works in a Cath Lab/EP Lab environment within a hospital setting
-
Performs diagnostic and interventional procedures including PCI (Level 2 lab), EP device work (ICD, pacemaker changeouts and upgrades), vascular angiograms, and simple IR procedures
-
Patient population includes AMI, STEMI, NSTEMI, EP devices, heart arrhythmias, PAD, and PVD cases

Specialized equipment includes Impella, IABP, temporary pacer, shockwave, DFR, IVUS, and FFR
-
Epic EMR experience is required

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00am–4:30pm (day shift)

On-call required approximately one night per week and every 4th weekend

13-week contract

Active OH or Compact RN license required

Current BLS and ACLS certifications required

CCI RCIS certification preferred

Minimum 3 years of Cath Lab RN experience required

Proficiency with Epic EMR required

2 professional references required: at least 1 must be from a Manager, Director, or Supervisor; a Charge RN is acceptable as the 2nd reference; no coworker references accepted

Local candidates are accepted

Former employees of this facility are eligible to apply after a 6-month separation from the facility

Requested time off (RTO) must be submitted at the time of consideration and is limited to 7 days or fewer for the contract period

Ohio state fingerprinting is required and must be initiated promptly upon accepting the position — candidates outside Ohio will need to travel to a fingerprinting location or complete a mailed packet urgently upon receipt
