JOB DESCRIPTION.-
Repeal is seeking another bartender/ key manager to add to the team, upholding service standards that reflect the precision and polish of the company. Strong liquor knowledge—particularly bourbon—and a high level of professionalism in both presentation and service are required.
This role is both a tipped and hourly compensated pay, working pm & day time hours. Applicants must have a passion for the hospitality business and bring a great attitude to work every day! Bartender Responsibilities include:
- Strong knowledge of liquors.
- Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food & beverage preparation
- Ability to determine and satisfy your customers wants.
- Knowledge of Utah laws and DABS regulations.
- Familiar with wine presentation.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong and positive customer service and social skills.
- Problem solver & multitasker.
- Ability to evaluate customer satisfaction and responsiveness.
- Complies with all cash handling guidelines
Lead Bartender Qualifications :
- Strong leadership qualities
- 5+ years experience serving or bartending in a fine dining environment.
- 3+ years craft cocktail creation.
- 2+ years as lead bartender or bar manager.
- Prefer experience with opening and closing duties, cash receipts, tip out.
- Prefer Sommelier 1 certification.
