We are a HVAC company looking for a motivated, organized, and dependable Office Assistant who is interested in building a long-term career. This position is designed to train and develop the right candidate into our future Office Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls professionally
- Schedule and dispatch service technicians
- Manage emails, text messages, and customer communications
- Follow up on leads, estimates, and proposals
- Data entry and maintaining accurate customer records
- Assist with daily office operations
- Provide excellent customer service and support
Qualifications:
- Strong computer skills required
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and other office software
- Comfortable handling multiple phone lines and customer inquiries
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred (But Not Required):
- Experience with HVAC companies
- Experience using Housecall Pro or ServiceTitan
- Previous scheduling, dispatching, or office administration experience

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
