We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage and track client and vendor invoices.
- Review and verify invoices for accuracy.
- Coordinate with vendors and maintain supplier relationships.
- Create and follow up on purchase orders.
- Coordinate shipments and transportation.
- Process and track payments to installers and subcontractors.
- Organize and maintain administrative records and documentation.
- Provide administrative support to Project Managers.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure projects stay on schedule.
- Perform general office administrative duties.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken) – Required.
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional, proactive, and solution-oriented attitude.
Pay: $25.00 per hour
