Join our dynamic farm team as a Farm Hand and Equipment Operator, where your energy and expertise will drive the success of our agricultural operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work hands-on with farm machinery, livestock, and crop management. We value motivated individuals who are eager to contribute to sustainable agriculture.
Responsibilities
- Haul milk in the mornings or afternoons as needed
- Keep the cap room organized and stocked
- Pump pit
- Unload the new bottles and caps and put them away
- Fix broken pallets
- Check fluids and tires on trucks
- Pump septic
- Clean robots
- Build boards for the distributers and load truck
- Fix water leaks
- Irrigation and field work
- Help in the processing plant when needed
- Cover deliveries when needed
- Replace lights as needed
- help maintain the farm and plant
Qualifications
Start time is between 4 am to 6 am depending on the day. 40 hours per week
They need to be organized and number savvy. Needs to be flexible with hours, meaning some days a later in the day return will be required. Clean driving record and being able to drive a truck is a must.
