Duties
- Greet clients warmly and provide outstanding customer service to ensure a positive first impression
- Manage appointment scheduling using office management software and coordinate with nail technicians to optimize daily flow
- Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, professionally, and with excellent phone etiquette
- Handle client check-ins, check-outs, and payment processing accurately using computer literacy tools such as QuickBooks and Google Workspace
- Maintain organized filing systems for client records, invoices, and appointment logs
- Assist with general management tasks including keep the nail salon clean and organize (include but not limited to sweeping, moping, dusting all the required areas) , mixing mocktails per customer request, ensure work supplies and materials are ready for technician to work on clients (including but not limited to wash, dry and prepared hot towel)
Qualifications
- Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent phone reception skills with multi-line phone system expertise and phone etiquette knowledge
- Previous clerical or administrative experience in a customer service environment is advantageous
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced setting
- Experience with bookkeeping or personal assistant responsibilities
