Job Summary
Pratzner Physical Therapy is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join a growing mobile outpatient physical therapy practice serving patients in their homes throughout Delaware County, PA.
This is an outpatient mobile/home-visit model, primarily serving Medicare Part B patients. This is not a traditional home health position. Therapists provide one-on-one outpatient physical therapy in the patient's home, allowing for individualized treatment without the productivity demands of a traditional clinic or home health setting.
This position is ideal for a PT looking for a flexible side opportunity that can fit around a full-time job, family schedule, or other commitments. Scheduling is highly flexible, and therapists can coordinate visit times directly with patients based on mutual availability.
The position will begin with a small caseload of approximately 2–3 patients, with the opportunity to take on additional patients as the practice continues to grow. There is no expectation to maintain a full-time caseload.
Compensation is $65 per completed patient visit. Documentation should be completed accurately and timely in accordance with Medicare Part B and outpatient physical therapy requirements.
Responsibilities include providing skilled one-on-one physical therapy, progressing established plans of care, communicating with patients and the practice as needed, and completing appropriate clinical documentation.
Applicants must hold a current Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license and be comfortable working independently in patients' homes. Outpatient, geriatric, neurologic, orthopedic, or home-based experience is helpful, but not required.
This is a great opportunity for a therapist who values autonomy, flexibility, one-on-one patient care, and the opportunity to grow alongside a small local physical therapy practice.
