The Opportunity:
Lead, optimize, and scale NVE’s state-of-the-art semiconductor production operations. As a vital leader, you will drive manufacturing excellence to support our global leadership in spintronics.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and schedule production and equipment maintenance personnel.
- Develop daily and weekly planning, prioritization, and sequencing to maximize throughput.
- Maximize throughput, reduce costs, and champion continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner with R&D to seamlessly transition new products into high-volume manufacturing.
- Provide clear, actionable schedule and status updates to internal customers and leadership teams.
Skills and Experience:
- Previous operational or manufacturing management experience required. Semiconductor, electronics, or vacuum-system manufacturing experience is preferred.
- High energy with the ability to execute high-quality, fast decisions in a rapid-paced, high-tech operation.
Education:
B.S. in operations management or a technical discipline.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
