Responsibilities
- Perform consultations and recommend services
- Provide hair cutting, coloring, styling, and treatment services
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Educate guests on home care and retail products
- Maintain a clean and professional workstation
- Participate in ongoing education and team meetings
- Contribute to a positive and team-focused salon culture
- Currently maintaining your social media following to help grow your business
Qualifications
- Must have a Current Alabama Cosmetology License (or graduating soon)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance (complying with the dress code of the salon)and Professional attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for continuing education and growth
