Join a Louisiana Legacy
Cardinal HR Consulting, LLC is hiring a Staff Accountant - Multi-Entity Operations on behalf of Alma Plantation, a longstanding Louisiana company rooted in the state’s agricultural and manufacturing heritage. Located in Lakeland, the corporate office sits at the front of a working sugar mill surrounded by expansive sugarcane fields and the natural beauty of rural Pointe Coupee Parish.
This is an opportunity to build your accounting career away from the congestion of the city while remaining connected to a significant Louisiana industry. Alma has operated its sugar mill since the late 1800s and continues to produce raw sugar and blackstrap molasses from sugarcane grown throughout the region.
The ideal candidate will appreciate the character of a historic company, the energy of a working manufacturing environment, and the peaceful country landscape that makes Alma a distinctive place to work. Here, accounting is not separated from the business—it supports a visible, tangible operation with deep roots in the local community.
Come be part of a company where Louisiana tradition, agriculture, and modern business come together.
