Responsibilities
- Conduct outside sales activities to identify and attract new clients
- Provide expert guidance on various insurance products, including health, life, accident, critical, hospital and disability
- Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications and maintaining accurate records
- Engage in marketing efforts to promote insurance services through telemarketing and community outreach
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations such as HIPAA and other relevant standards
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients for policy renewals and updates
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing within the insurance or financial services industry a plus
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with diverse clients
- Ability to analyze client needs and develop customized insurance solutions
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for serving a broader customer base
- Knowledge of sales administration processes and marketing strategies
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor
- Familiarity with benefits administration and compliance standards such as HIPAA is preferred
- Prior experience in insurance sales or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for qualified candidates
