Position Summary
We are seeking energetic, dependable, and enthusiastic Sports Camp Instructors to lead youth sports camps. Instructors will be responsible for supervising and running pre-planned camp activities independently, ensuring participants have a fun, safe, and engaging experience. This position is ideal for individuals with experience in coaching, working with youth, or participating in organized sports.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise youth sports camps independently using provided lesson plans and schedules
- Teach fundamental skills, drills, and games in a positive and encouraging environment
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants
- Manage group behavior and maintain a structured camp setting
- Communicate professionally with parents, participants, and staff
- Set up and clean up equipment before and after camp sessions
Qualifications
- Experience coaching sports, working with children, or playing competitive sports preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and confidently lead groups of children
- Energetic, patient, and enthusiastic personality
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Availability during weekday daytime hours
Pay: $20.00 per hour
