Production Supervisor

As a Production Supervisor, you'll oversee daily production operations within our manufacturing facility, ensuring consistent output, product quality, and compliance with all safety, regulatory, and company standards. You'll lead a team of production associates to meet production targets while maintaining a clean, efficient, and compliant work environment.
You'll play an important role in developing team members, maintaining production standards, identifying opportunities for improvement, and ensuring that daily operations align with company goals and applicable regulations.

Your responsibilities include:
- Supervise, direct, and support hourly production associates in daily tasks

Manage performance expectations, issue coaching and corrective action in alignment with HR policies, and conduct annual performance evaluations.

Promote a positive team culture rooted in accountability, communication, and mutual respect.

Ensure team is consistently meeting production goals while maintaining compliance.
- Monitor production workflows to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company SOPs and state regulations.

Coordinate with Inventory, Quality, and Compliance teams to ensure all products are accurately tracked, labeled, and reported.

Identify and troubleshoot production issues and escalate when necessary.

Maintain accurate records of production metrics, yields, downtime, and labor hours

Support implementation of Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure team compliance with Health & Safety protocols including PPE use, sanitation, and GMP practices.

Provide feedback and coaching to team members; support corrective actions and performance evaluations in coordination with HR.

Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure on-time fulfillment and high product standards.

Maintain accurate records for inventory, environmental conditions, sanitation, waste, and daily task completion.

Support audits and inspections by maintaining clean, compliant workspaces and up-to-date records.
- Monitor hourly team productivity and ensure KPIs are met across quantity, quality, and compliance metrics.

Participate in continuous improvement and safety programs, including 5S and Hazard Communication.

Assist in scheduling labor and resource needs across weekly/monthly production plans.

Collaborate with the Operations Manager on workflow improvements, training needs, and team development.

Adherence to individual and team key-performance indicators (“KPIs”) as directed by manager.

- 2/3-years relevant experience with team leadership in a commercial production setting, warehousing, etc.

Bachelor’s Degree or a combination of education or experience

Must be 21 years of age
