Bellefleur Lingerie is seeking an experienced retail leader to manage the day-to-day operations of our award-winning boutique while helping shape our social media presence. This is a unique opportunity to combine luxury retail management with creative marketing in one of Seattle's premier independent boutiques.

As an independent, women-owned boutique, we specialize in thoughtfully curated European, designer, and independent brands with a French influence. ABOUT YOU
You must have boutique or high-end retail management or assistant management experience in order to be considered for the position. We're looking for an experienced boutique or luxury retail manager who enjoys leading a small team, delivering exceptional customer service, and taking ownership of day-to-day operations.
YOUR ROLE
You would be running day to day operations of our single-location boutique, managing the small team of 1-4 employees, and managing our social media. Responsibilities include:
- Luxury lingerie sales & styling
- Team leadership & coaching
- Daily store operations
- Inventory & merchandising
- Store presentation & facilities
- Social media planning, content creation, and paid ads management
SCHEDULE
Full-time salaried position. Typical schedule is Tuesday–Saturday. Retail hours and schedule flexibility are required to support store operations.
COMPENSATION
- Base salary $80,000
- Bonus potential up to $14,400
- Store allowance of $100 per month
- Total compensation potential: $95,600
- 35% employee discount
- Paid time off - 20 days per year
