What you'll be responsible for:
Recruit & hire sales reps:
Actively source, interview, and bring on the right candidates to grow the sales team.
Train & develop new reps:
Onboard new hires and deliver consistent, results-driven training to get them producing quickly.
Manage trainee performance:
Hold new reps accountable to goals, provide ongoing coaching, and identify areas for improvement.
Build & refine training processes:
Develop playbooks, scripts, and training materials that keep the team sharp and consistent.
What we're looking for:
Proven experience in sales — roofing or home services a strong plus
Experience training, coaching, or managing a sales team
Strong communicator — you know how to motivate and lead people
Self-starter who can operate without constant oversight
Goal-oriented with a measurable track record of results
Proven track record in classroom experience or virtual training delivery within a sales or human resources context
Pay: $76,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
