POSITION SUMMARY
The Pharmacist is responsible for the full practice of pharmacy in accordance with applicable regulatory statues and accreditation standards as required by the Georgia Board of Pharmacy, Drug Enforcement Agency and HRSA/340b guidelines. The Pharmacist shall be responsible for interpreting prescription orders; compounding, packaging, labeling, dispensing, administering and distribution of drugs and devices.
GENERAL EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Successful completion and graduation from an accredited college of pharmacy. Must maintain an active license issued by the Georgia Board of Pharmacy, maintain a current CPR certification including BLS and name is NOT listed of the OIG and DEA exclusion websites. Minimum two years experience as a Pharmacist.
