We are seeking a warehouse associate with experience in assembly to join our team. This hands-on role involves assisting in the fabrication/assembly of high-performance commercial HVAC systems, operating shop machinery, and supporting production needs in a warehouse/manufacturing setting.
The ideal candidate is experienced, reliable, and eager to learn. You’ll work closely with experienced team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.
We will be RELOCATING TO FREDERICK in SEPTEMBER 2026!
Duties
- Assist with preparation, painting, and finishing of HVAC units and related components according to work orders and production standards.
- Support the assembly of HVAC units using hand tools, power tools, and basic mechanical skills.
- Inspect assembled units for quality, accuracy, and overall finish.
- Maintain shop area, assembly stations, tools, and equipment in a clean and organized manner.
- Help move materials, parts, and finished units safely throughout the production area.
- Work collaboratively with other production team members and supervisors to meet daily schedules.
- Follow all company safety protocols and procedures, including proper use of PPE.
- Stay flexible — willingness to be cross-trained across departments is a must
Skills
- Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production work preferred, but training is available for the right candidate.
- Physically able to lift up to 50 to 75 lbs.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Ability to reliably commute to work during scheduled hours (6:00am to 2:30pm).

- Punctual, dependable, and eager to work in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable using hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to follow work instructions and maintain consistent quality standards.
- Forklift operation experience is helpful.
