Job Overview
****Must be able to work from 7:30am-4:30pm****
- Oversee the planning, design, and delivery of 4K curriculum aligned with state standards and best practices in early childhood education
- Facilitate professional development sessions for educators and staff focused on instructional leadership, curriculum development, and learning technology integration
- Collaborate with teaching staff to adapt content for adult learners and classroom environments, ensuring accessibility and relevance
- Utilize Adobe Captivate and other content development tools to produce interactive training materials and presentations
- Monitor program progress through data analysis and reporting to ensure continuous improvement in instructional quality and learner engagement
Experience
- Proven experience in project management within educational or training environments
- Extensive knowledge of curriculum development, adult education strategies, and professional development facilitation in schools or similar settings
- Hands-on classroom experience combined with proficiency in learning technology tools like Adobe Captivate and other content creation software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences
- Technical proficiency with productivity software including Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace for documentation and reporting
