- Relocation Assistance: Must live 50 miles away from hospital they will be working at New Grad: $2,500; Experienced: $5,000. Must relocate 50+ miles from home facility.

Required Qualifications
- Nursing diploma, ASN, or BSN (BSN often preferred and may be eligible for premium pay)
- Valid Indiana RN license and current CPR/BLS certification
Work Schedule & Compensation
- Shifts: Includes day, evening, night, weekends, and holiday rotations; typical schedules: 3 a‑3 p, 7 a‑7 p, 3 p‑3 a. For clinics, 7:30-4p, 8a-4p, 8a-4:30p, 8a-5p, 8a-8p
