Yellow Dog Man Studios s.r.o. and our VR Platform Resonite (free to download on Steam) is looking for a motivated and data-driven Marketing Lead to join our team. This management consulting role is perfect for an enthusiastic individual eager to provide their expertise implementing a marketing strategy across multiple online channels. You will work closely with other marketing team members to grow our brand presence, generate downloads and subscriptions, and drive online engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media & Content: Assist in creating, scheduling, and managing engaging content across platforms like YouTube, BlueSky, Mastadon, Instagram, Reddit, Discord, LinkedIn, and TikTok (etc.)
- Promotion of Community Events/Creations: Engage with the community to help promote events on above social media platforms
- Influencer Recruitment: Perform initial contact and engagement with potential social media influencers for paid promotions
- Campaign Support: Help develop and execute Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns (Instagram/YouTube/Reddit/etc.) and email marketing newsletters
- SEO & Website: Optimize website copy and landing pages for SEO best practices to increase organic traffic
- Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like traffic, engagement, and conversion rates using Azure Application Insights (similar tool to Google Analytics) and social media insights
- Market Research: Monitor industry trends and analyze competitor digital strategies
- Leadership: Help guide junior marketing team members to accomplish goals and tasks
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Degree or Diploma in Marketing or relevant work experience
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation (including relevant internships)
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp), and Google Analytics. Basic knowledge of SEO is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Independent self starter that can take initiative and be adaptable. Uses time efficiently to produce measurable results.

- Experience in Virtual Reality: Equipment setup and power user
- Independent: Ability to function in a remote work role as a contractor
- Metrics Minded: Focused on measurable deliverables and accountability
