At Sunrise Nursing & Memory Care, we’re looking for a compassionate and reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to take on a leadership role during the day shift. As a Charge Nurse, you’ll help oversee care delivery, support staff, and make sure our residents receive the attention and respect they deserve.

Active LPN license in the state of Missouri
Current BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
Previous leadership or charge experience is a plus—but not required
Strong communication and critical thinking skills
A passion for serving residents in a skilled nursing or memory care setting
Supervise and support CNAs and direct care staff
Provide and document resident care according to care plans
Administer medications and monitor for side effects
Report changes in resident conditions to RNs or physicians
Participate in rounds, admissions, discharges, and care planning
Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility policies
Maintain accurate records and follow all medication protocols
