We're looking for a Senior HVAC Technician who takes pride in their craft, communicates honestly with customers, and wants to be part of a company that actually invests in its people.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Diagnose and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioning, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, boilers, water heaters, and air handlers
Perform system installations, including ductwork, gas piping, low-voltage controls, and ventilation systems
Identify root-cause failures and present clear repair or replacement options to customers
Remodel and modify existing systems to meet current efficiency and comfort standards
Maintain accurate job documentation using our field management software (ServiceTitan)
Represent Aether Mechanical professionally in every customer interaction
Standard schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with one required Saturday per month. Occasional overtime and on-call availability may be required based on seasonal demand.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Minimum 10 years of hands-on HVAC experience
Strong working knowledge of air conditioning, furnaces, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, and water heaters
Boiler and hydronic systems experience preferred
EPA 608 Universal Certification required
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred
Valid Colorado driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to read wiring diagrams and understand electronic, mechanical, and refrigeration systems
Strong verbal communication skills — you’ll be talking directly with homeowners and business owners
Comfortable using tablet devices and field software; ServiceTitan experience a plus, training provided
Ability to work independently and manage your jobs without constant supervision
Must be available to work one Saturday per month
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Hourly Pay
$40–$50 per hour, depending on experience
