Automotive BDC Representative

Full-Time | Base Pay + Commission + Bonuses
Atlantic City Mitsubishi is looking for an energetic, dependable, and customer-focused Automotive BDC Representative to join our growing team. This position is responsible for responding to internet leads, answering customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and helping turn online and phone opportunities into showroom visits.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is comfortable on the phone, communicates professionally, and is motivated by performance-based earnings. Automotive experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person with strong customer service or sales experience.
Responsibilities
- Respond quickly and professionally to internet, phone, text, and email inquiries
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
- Schedule sales and service appointments
- Confirm appointments and follow up with customers who have not yet visited
- Maintain accurate customer notes and follow-up activity in the dealership CRM
- Provide customers with basic vehicle availability and dealership information
- Work closely with sales managers and sales representatives
- Follow dealership scripts, processes, and response-time standards
- Re-engage unsold showroom traffic and older internet leads
- Meet or exceed monthly appointment, show, and sold-customer goals
Qualifications
- Strong phone, written, and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude and professional customer-service skills
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
- Ability to stay organized and follow up consistently
- Basic computer, email, and data-entry skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Automotive BDC, call-center, sales, or customer-service experience is preferred
- CRM experience is a plus
- Bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
- Must be available to work a flexible dealership schedule, including some evenings and weekends
