Overview
Ngon Yummy is looking for a friendly and reliable Server/Drink Maker to join our team. In this role, you will prepare drinks, take customer orders, assist guests, and help create a positive dining experience. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, pays attention to detail, and works well with others.
Responsibilities
- Prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards
- Take customer orders and process payments
- Provide friendly and helpful customer service
- Answer customer questions about the menu and drinks
- Run food and drinks to customers in a timely manner
- Keep the front counter, drink station, and dining area clean and organized
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure orders are accurate and completed on time
- Assist with opening, closing, and other daily tasks as needed
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
- Ability to multitask and stay attentive during busy hours
- Previous barista, restaurant, or customer service experience not required
- Vietnamese language skills are a plus, but not required
Pay & Benefits
- Starting pay: $17/hour
- Eligible for company tip pool
- Tip amounts vary and are not guaranteed
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
