1. Experience in tool & die repair, and industrial machinery and equipment
2. Experience setting up and running machine tooling equipment with a precision mindset
3. Knowledge of shop mathematics, assembly methods, and common properties of materials
4. Competence in reading precision measuring equipment to .001” and occasionally .0001”
5. Welding/ fabrication experience – MIG or TIG, steel, stainless steel, aluminum
6. Effective communication skills
7. Dedication to safety and a quality directed work attitude
8. Independent, self-motivated, and able to work as a team
9. Ability and willingness to work overtime as needed
10. Required to have or obtain personal toolbox with necessary tools, including hand tools, measuring equipment, etc.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
1. Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
2. Ability to exert 25 pounds of force frequently.
3. Ability to exert 50 pounds of force occasionally.
4. Eyesight capable of reading machine dial gauges, blueprints, and precision measuring devices.
5. Manual dexterity to utilize hand tools.
6. Tolerance to working in a hot and noisy environment.
7. Mobility to move about a manufacturing environment.
8. Ability to work overtime as needed.
