Purpose:
The Marketing and Relationship Manager is primarily responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing marketing activities, with a primary focus on Vitalize Equine, that support brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. This role manages marketing campaigns, content, events, and social media efforts, tracks results and budgets, and works closely with team members to ensure all marketing initiatives are completed on time and aligned with company goals.
Role Accountabilities:

Effectively utilizes Asana to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and collaboration with team members.

Takes ownership of financial actions and decisions ensuring awareness of how affect the company’s finances. This could involve understanding the costs associated with tasks, the time of work, or the impact of waste and inefficiencies.

Develop and maintain relationships with strategic customers and influencers by providing personalized support, coordinating marketing initiatives, and ensuring a positive brand experience that drives loyalty and business growth.

Be a brand champion, mainly focusing on our equine & companion brands, ensuring all tasks in the plan are completed and that the strategies needed to keep the dial in the green are executed.

Lead & implement the execution of the assigned marketing vehicles (Social, Banner Ads, Print, and Videos) to ensure the growth of sales to keep all dashboard dials in the green.

Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual assigned marketing budgets and expenditures.

Assist with the development and execution of the company’s strategic marketing plans, utilizing all appropriate marketing vehicles, to ensure a comprehensive strategy that creates the growth of sales.

Ensure all content produced is completed and then utilized to its fullest capacity in an effective and efficient manner.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of national marketing strategies across the company.

Collaborate with marketing team to ensure that all event venue selection, themes, activities, contests, etc. are aligned with brand objectives, goals and messages.

Assist with the creation of innovative, unique marketing campaigns that raise brand awareness and grow market share.

Develop a monthly social media, along with other assigned vehicles calendar, at least 1.5 months in advance, and execute all related tasks including social media posts, ads, etc.

Initiate, organize, and attend brand-specific national events, as well as other events as requested.

Add vehicle plans to Asana and keep on task, executing all tasks in all plans in a timely fashion.

Help develop content for dealer marketing.

Record brand analytics after each marketing item executed in Asana.

Attend quarterly the in-person marketing meeting and assess the metrics to ensure they are contributing towards desired SMART goals.

Follow all set processes for proofing content.

Properly use and document the marketing Credit Card expenditures initiated.

Overnight travel and weekend hours are required.

Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
-
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.

2+ years of marketing, communications, or related experience preferred.

Experience coordinating marketing campaigns, social media, events, or digital marketing initiatives.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software (Asana preferred).
