About the Role
D2 Building Solutions is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Sales and Production Support Team Member to join our team. In this role, you will act as the crucial bridge between our sales team and our office accounts team, ensuring a seamless transition for every project. Working closely with our Office Manager and Operations Manager, you will help coordinate materials, manage schedules, and prepare our installation teams for success.

Key Responsibilities
- Material Management: Work with sales team members to verify necessary project materials are ordered properly, and actively track orders and deliveries to ensure timelines are met.
- CRM & Data Management: Perform accurate data entry into our CRM system and create comprehensive project files.
- Project Coordination: Review and qualify incoming jobs to ensure they are ready for the installation.
- Scheduling: Schedule installation jobs within the CRM system, optimizing timelines for the sales and operations team.
- Installer Support: Prepare detailed work tickets and necessary documentation for the installation crews.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with the Office Manager and Operations Manager to guarantee a smooth workflow from the initial sale to final account processing.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with management, sales staff, and installation crews.
- Comfortable learning new software (experience with CRM systems is a plus, but not required).
- Reliable, proactive, and able to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment.
- Note: This is an entirely in-office position. No travel is required.
