Overview
Cleanway Inc. is a leading cleaning service provider dedicated to delivering exceptional cleanliness and customer satisfaction mainly in the residential space with some commercial spaces. We service parts of Blount county, Knox county and parts of Loudon, depending on commute. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to creating a clean and healthy environment for our clients. Our office is located at 404 S. Washington Street.
We are Monday-Friday, off weekends and off major holidays. Our hours are 8:00 am to around 4:00pm. We do have earlier shifts on a few days during the week that are 7 or 7:30 if available. This is a w2 position job that pays biweekly at an hourly rate ranging from $13-$15 an hour depending on experience and work history. We are looking for full time employees that are available to work at least 4-5 days during the week. We do not have part time positions available at this time.

Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other high-traffic areas.
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste appropriately.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and use cleaning chemicals safely.
- Provide excellent customer service for our clients.
- Adhere to Cleanway Inc.'s standards and procedures for cleaning and organization.
Requirements
- Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not required.
- Must pass a background check and drug test, questions about background will be asked prior to setting up an interview.
- Ability to work as part of a team for the common good of our clients.
- Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and safety protocols is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently.
- Must be reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks safely and efficiently.
- With the nature of our work and working only first shift, we are looking for candidates 18 years of age or older at this time.
- Must have the ability to understand, read, and communicate effectively in English to perform job duties safely and efficiently.
- All employees must meet at the office location in Maryville, TN before shift to leave out in company vehicles, we do not offer meeting at customers houses and using own personal vehicle at this time.
