Position Overview
We are seeking reliable, safety-focused Gravel Processing Equipment Operators to join our team. This position involves operating heavy equipment and assisting with aggregate production activities, including crushing, screening, loading, and site maintenance.
Equipment may include:
● Wheel loaders
● Skid steers
● Excavators
● Bulldozers
● Crushing and screening plants
● Mobile crushing rigs
● Other large pieces of machinery Experience operating loaders is required.
Experience with crushing and screening equipment is strongly preferred. This role includes both equipment operation and hands-on labor such as maintenance, cleanup, and plant support.
Key Responsibilities
● Operate heavy equipment to transport materials and load customer trucks
● Run crushing and screening operations
● Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment
● Maintain a clean and safe worksite
● Follow all company safety policies and MSHA/OSHA standards
● Assist team members with production needs as required Qualifications
● Minimum 2 years of loader operation experience (required)
● Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
● Ability to work overtime during peak season
● Ability to work at multiple company locations as needed
● Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and team mindset
Physical Requirements
● Ability to repeatedly lift and carry up to 40 pounds
● Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb throughout the workday
● Ability to work in outdoor environments in varying weather conditions
