Description: The Property Restoration - Contents Crew Lead is part of the Content Cleaning & Restoration team often completing daily operation tasks to bring jobs to completion including distinguishing salvageable vs non-salvageable items affected by fire, smoke, water, mold, trauma & other factors, and packaging/hauling those items to company facility for cleaning and storage; to be returned to customer upon job completion. The Crew Lead position assists the Project Manager with coordination, educating, training, and performing contents work.
As a Property Restoration - Contents Crew Lead, you will:

Distinguish between salvageable and non-salvageable items

Utilize technology and software necessary to perform job

Pick up and haul customer contents to storage facility

Perform and train team members on proper procedures, including, but not limited to:
-
Lead technicians on site - work performed, standard operating procedures, proper documentation, cleaning job sites, and more
-
Inventory and itemize, in thorough detail, the affected contents
-
Clean and process affected contents
-
Repackage cleaned contents
-
Pack and haul customer contents to be returned upon job completion

Be proactive in communicating with staff, homeowners, Technicians, Estimator, Management and other team members

Represent the company in a professional manner

Project empathy and sympathy in difficult situations
Schedule:
-
The typical schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm; however, overtime will likely be required and may include nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Wage Information: $56,810.00 - $61,750.00 w/OT
Requirements:
- Good communication skills

Current Valid Driver's License - (Required)

Clear driving record and insurable - (Required)

Willing to submit and ability to pass a criminal background check and motor vehicle history check

High school diploma or equivalent

2 Years of Related Work Experience

MICA and Encircle Experience (Preferred)
