BlueGlove Primary Care is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join us as a Founding Clinician and help build a different kind of primary care practice.
We are a mobile, concierge primary care practice serving adults in Canton, GA and surrounding Cherokee County through longer visits, in-home and workplace care, telehealth, and a relationship-based model that gives clinicians the time and autonomy to practice medicine thoughtfully.
This is an opportunity for a clinician who want something different from a traditional high-volume primary care role. You'll care for a small, manageable patient panel while helping shape clinical workflows, patient experience, and the culture of a growing practice. This position is full-time, Monday–Friday, roughly 8am-5pm.
What You'll Do
- Provide comprehensive adult primary care through in-person visits at patients' homes and workplaces, telehealth, secure messaging, and phone.
- Deliver preventive care, chronic disease management, acute care, and care coordination.
- Build long-term relationships with a small, manageable patient panel.
- Practice with a high degree of clinical autonomy, with physician support available.
- Collaborate on clinical workflows and practice development.
- Help shape the culture and patient experience of the practice from the beginning.

Qualifications
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant eligible to practice in Georgia.
- At least 2 years of independent primary care experience required; 3–5+ years preferred.
- Comfortable practicing independently with physician support available.
- Strong interest in relationship-based primary care.
- Excellent clinical judgment and patient communication skills.
- Collaborative, curious, and interested in improving systems and solving problems.
- Comfortable working in a growing, early-stage practice environment.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $95,000–$115,000, based on experience and qualifications.

As the patient panel matures toward capacity, total compensation is designed to reach approximately $150,000–$175,000+, including base salary, profit sharing, milestone bonuses, and the health benefit.
