About the Position
A growing aesthetic and wellness practice in Florham Park, NJ is seeking an experienced Lash & Brow Artist to join our team.
We are looking for a talented professional who takes pride in her work, provides an excellent client experience, and is excited about the opportunity to build and maintain a loyal clientele within a professional, modern, and welcoming aesthetic environment.
The selected artist will have a dedicated treatment space and the opportunity to work alongside other beauty, aesthetic, and wellness professionals.
This is a commission-based position and is not a room-rental opportunity.

- Lash fills
- Lash removal
- Lash lifts & tinting
- Brow shaping
- Brow tinting
- Brow lamination
- Additional lash and brow services within the provider's professional scope and qualifications
What We're Looking For
Our ideal candidate is:
- Experienced in professional lash extension services
- Detail-oriented with a strong eye for aesthetics
- Professional, reliable, and punctual
- Friendly and confident interacting with clients
- Committed to providing excellent client care
- Knowledgeable about proper sanitation and infection-control practices
- Able to maintain a clean and organized treatment space
- Comfortable recommending appropriate services and encouraging rebooking
- Motivated to build and retain a loyal clientele
- Comfortable showcasing her work through before-and-after photos and social media
- Able to work independently while also being part of a collaborative team
Existing clientele is a plus, but not required.
Qualifications
- Appropriate and current New Jersey license/certification required for services performed
- Professional lash extension experience required
- Brow service experience preferred
- Portfolio, professional social media page, or photos of previous work required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Spanish a plus but not required!
Compensation
Starting Commission: 50% of eligible service revenue
This position is compensated on a commission basis rather than a guaranteed hourly service rate.
- Starting service commission of 50%
- Opportunity for the artist's commission percentage to increase based on performance and monthly service revenue
- 100% of client tips
- No room rental fee
The $25–$60 per hour range displayed on this job posting represents estimated earning potential based on services performed, appointment length, client volume, and commission level. It is not a guaranteed hourly wage.
Specific details regarding commission increases and performance levels will be discussed during the interview.

The Lash & Brow Artist will be expected to provide and maintain the professional products, tools, and supplies necessary to perform specialized lash and brow services, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Schedule
Part-Time | Approximately 15–20 hours per week initially
Specific days and hours will be discussed during the interview based on candidate availability and the needs of the practice.
We are looking for someone interested in establishing a consistent part-time schedule and growing with the practice long-term.
As clientele and appointment demand grow, there may be opportunities to increase scheduled hours.
