Evolve Dental is seeking an exceptional part-time hygienist to join our team 2 days per week.

What You’ll Do
- Deliver exceptional preventive and periodontal care
- Perform comprehensive periodontal assessments and documentation
- Provide periodontal therapy including SRPs when indicated
- Help patients understand the oral-systemic/perio connection
- Treat each patient like a guest in a high-end experience
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with both patients and providers
- Work closely with doctors and assistants to support a seamless clinical day

Requirements
- Active Virginia RDH license (required)
- CPR/BLS certification
- Strong perio knowledge and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and chairside manner
