*Earnings: Commission-based pay (50/50 nonliable contract with company)*
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement: Answer incoming calls, meet with defendants' families or friends, and guide them through the bail process.
Bond Processing: Complete necessary paperwork and post bonds at courts and jails across the region.
Territory Coverage: Drive throughout Northeast Ohio, from Lorain to Youngstown and everywhere in between, to post bonds, build your client network, and grow your presence.
What We Provide:
Training and Mentorship: Hands-on training and ongoing guidance from experienced agents at the main office.
Full Back-Office Support: We handle advertising, paperwork, accounting, and payment processing so you can focus on writing bonds.
Growth Support: Marketing, referrals, and business guidance from the main office as you expand your book of business.
Qualifications:
License (REQUIRED): Current Ohio bail bond agent license. Applicants must already be licensed.
Location: Must reside in Northeast Ohio and be willing to travel from Lorain to Youngstown.
Transportation: Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
Skills: Excellent communication, empathy, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal abilities. Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
Schedule:
Flexibility: This is a commission-based (1099), on-call role with 24/7 flexibility. Bail doesn't keep business hours.
